Return & Refund Policy

At TC-Lifestyle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. [List any specific items or categories here.]

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Tclifestyle1291@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the product.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
